FLEXITARIANISM

The Queen follows a Flexitarian diet filled with primarily
vegetarian eating. However, being at her Palace Court and several entertaining events, it is sometime
difficult to maintain her vegetarian habits 100% of the time - hence the term
"flexitarian".
She supports the research of David Wolfe, Dr. Oz, Meatless
